refactor(other): deployment docu

This is the first step to have clean documentation about our deployment.

• This combines all relevant docu into one file
• Removes al ot of duplicate documentation
• Removes unessecary docu
• Shortens existing docu to the bare minimum

I'd like to merge this as it is and continue refactoring the documentation as more steps are properly defined in our deployment.
