Add documentation for neo4j backups in kubernetes

During my work on #485 I discovered that there is a way to backup and restore the database already with our current setup. Could sb. who is interested in kubernetes give this a try? I think I need sb. with a fresh view on this.

A use case for this is to restore your local seeded database to a minikube cluster! 👍
