Implement progress bar again.

Todo And Questions

• it looks bad without the donation button and is bad, because it is not obvious how to donate
  • but with the donation button we need no extra button in the menu …
  • in case we leave the menu donate button away shall we have just a donate button instead the progress?
• shall there be an extra textfield for an optional donation progress bar title?
