Maintain consistent naming/punctuation conventions

We agreed to capitalize the first word and use lowercase for subsequent words.
Also, we are using an exclamation mark on successful actions. I did not add it for registration.signup.form.success cause it felt strange adding an exclamation mark just informing the user an email was sent.
