Group administration.

Feature: As an owner and admin
  I want to administrate the group settings.

Develop a concept to administer groups as a suggestion for Yunite.

Additional Informations

Owners can all do what admins can.

Owners only can administer what admins can do and all of that admins can not do:

• Decide what admins can do:
  • Invite new members.
  • Confirm pending members.

Admins can do eventually: 👆🏼

• network administration:
  • Groups global network setting in the db:
    • that switches the creation of new groups by users on and off
      • that makes using and creation of hidden groups impossible
    • that allows group creations only for admins
• group search:
  • filter groups by its themes (Thorsten Schmitt asked for)
• group administration:
  • closed group:
    • who can post public posts of the group
      • public posts of closed groups have to be developed (Thorsten Schmitt asked for his groups)
• members:
  • administration
    • have pending members at the beginning of the members list
      • make visible that an admin or owner has to care for them:
        • to give them the full membership
        • to throw them
    • change role
      • enable owners to downgrade their role in case another owner exists
      • is an owner allowed to change the role of other owners?
    • enable owners to leave the group provided another owner exists
  • role rights:
    • if I'm not allowed seeing group members
      • can I see the the members count on the groups profile?
