🐛 [Bug] Empty placeholder when creating new Post

🐛 Bugreport

With recent refactor, the placeholder works with contributions with or without a language, but now it is blank for a new contribution.

It should fall back to the user's locale until we can support even more languages

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. go to your profile page
2. click on the new post plus sign
3. see that there is no language in the placeholder
