Webapp – User Cannot set Location to Undefined.

Please consider #5396 #5441 (closed) #5440 !

This will be needed on the event creation / edit page as well. #6044 (closed)

Problem

If a user has set their location it can only be changed, but never set to be undefined again. That's even the case if a user sets it to be empty.

Solution

We solved this problem already for the group seetings page. So making a component out of the group location and use this for the user settings as well would be a good solution.
