🚀 [Feature] Webapp – Events, Newsfeed – Add filters for `Articles` and `Events`

🚀 Feature

In the newsfeed a user need more filter possibilities for:

• All
  • Question what are the filter possibilities for this?
• Articles
  • Filter possibilities as we have them now
  • Use masonary grid with rectangles for category filter
• Events:
  • on default don't show ended events
  • optional:
    • can show ended events as well
    • seperate issue: sort by event date, see #6190 (closed)
• rename main filter button:
  • EN: Filter posts → Filter content
  • DE: Beiträge filtern → Inhalt filtern
