mac and iphone navbar disappears when scrolling to the top
in mac and iphone the navbar menu disappears when it comes to the top while scrolling. the assumption is that this is due to a bounce efeckt while scrolling. the solution would be : set a small area where the hide does not take effect when scrolling.
