Provide vscode config with lint settings in align with the project settings

Provide vscode config which defines proper lint settings for the project in oder to automatically yarn lint ---fix on save

• project based settings for vscode possible?
• define settings (preferable centralized)
• test functionallity
• adjust lint settings to be better (if needed)
