Search for a group.

Feature: Search for a group in the search field
  As a user
  I like to search for group name, slugs and content in its goal or its description.
  In order to find groups of my interests or I have read or heard of.

Additional Informations

• with "&" search specific in group names or slugs
• withou "&" search in group names, slugs, goals, or descriptions
