Remove a member from a group.

Feature: Remove member from a group
  As group admin or owner
  I like to remove a member from a group
  In order to moderate my groups and may be get rid of disturbing users.

Additional Informations

To remove a member from a group has implications:

• What happens to the group internal posts of this member?
  • May they are only visible for this member afterwards with a hint that nobody else can see them?
    • Then they may be reestablished if a user becomes again a member of the same group?
  • Or shall they just be deleted?
