Group Invitation.

Feature: Invite new members to a group
  As a group owner or admin or even usual member
  I like to invite new members to a group.
  In order to increase my groups size.

This is important, because espacially for hidden groups new members can only come into a group by invitation.

Additional Informations

The new members to be invited can be users already in the network or external persons. See the both possible invation methods existing already:

• Adding user by group admin to group via slug/alias
  • done by #5512
• Invitation by invite code link:
  • Can be given to more than one person.
• Invatation by E-Mail:
  • Is bound to this E-Mail only.

Who can invite and which invitation is possible depends on the groups type and may be on the user settings later on.

At first we like to implement the E-Mail invitaion? Because this type is the safest and needed essentially for the hidden groups.
