🐛 [Bug] Version is incorrect in production

🐛 Bugreport

We have upgraded to version v0.3.0, but on the site it looks like we are still on v0.2.2

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. go to the root path
2. check the footer for the version number
3. check the image of the app using kubernetes(requires DevOps admin priveleges)
4. ...
5. Profit

Expected behavior

This should be updated at the time of deployment.
