馃殌 Feature

An author or a user should be notified if the status of their content or their whole user profile changes by a final decision.

User Problem

The authors or users like to know that their content or profile status has changed. Also for transparency.

Implementation

  • Send always a notification to the author or user if their content or their profile status (disable/enable) changes by a final decision.
  • Send additional an e-mail if their profile status changes, because they can not receive notifications through the platform or they just don鈥檛 know that they receive them again.

Additional context

  • There shall be a standard text and hints what a user can do if they think they are treated unfair:
    • links to Terms of Conditions and Code of Conduct
    • sending an e-mail to the support
    • coming in the Meet the Team (link to the events table)
  • The submitters of the report shall not be informed at all about the decision.
