Fix editor tool bubble on mobile

Describe the bug Currently the editor is not usable on mobile as the tool bubble is displayed above the cursor, where the mobile os commands are shown (copy, cut, etc.).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to create a new post on mobile by pressing the plus button on the right bottom corner.
2. Add a title
3. Add some text
4. Select a part of the text
5. See that the toolbar is shown under the os text command popover

Expected behavior Display the tool bubble under the cursor instead of above.
