馃殌 Feature
Currently, if all notifications are read and the counter shows "0" there is no link to the notifications page. Users can only access that page by entering https://human-connection.org/notifications into the address field of the browser. But usually they don't know this address.
User Problem
This feature enables users to access the notifications page at anytime.
Implementation

Add a link to the "0" counter. Onclick opens the existing dropdown list. -
Show "No new notifications" on the dropdown list, plus the existing link to the notifications page.
