🐛 [Bug] Duplicate posts on root path

When beeing in your own profile, sometimes posts are shown two times, see the one on the left middle and on the right middle.:

Expected behavior

Every post should just be shown only one time.

I don't know, if the data is doubled or if just the article is shown twice.
