🐛 [Bug] Case sensitive Email in Admin Lookup

🐛 Bugreport

Emails do not get found when trying to look them up in the admin interface if they are written with differing uppercase/lowercase lertters.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Call the user lookup from the admin page
2. Insert your email with differing letters in uppercase or lowercase
3. You are told the user does not exist.

Expected behavior

Email addresses searched for should be case independent.

Type: [Desktop]

• OS: [Linux]
• Browser: [Firefox]
• Version [69.0]
• Device: [Notebook]

ToDo

• Best would be, if e-mails always would be saved in lowercase to the database.
• Change all database e-mails to lowercase.
