🐛 [Bug] Far to less Characters per Contribution (2000)

🐛 Bugreport

Articles are limited to 2000 characters, which is far too little. A side effect is, that people would like to submit the post and can not, because they do not understand that they simply have written too much.

The size should be increased to 10.000 or 20.000 characters, if nothing speaks technically against this.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Write an article longer than 2000 characters
2. You can not save it or submit

Expected behavior

It should be possible to write articles longer than 2000 chars - this is no microblogging. ;-)
