The language select field on the create post page looks disabled but it's not:

Same could be said about the editor input field:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. go to create post page
2. see the language select field (and main input field)
3. click it – it can be used!

Expected behavior

There should be a clear distinction between enabled and disabled state for all input fields.
