🐛 [Bug] Hashtags are imported with not allowed characters

🐛 Bugreport

In the Alpha are hashtags which have chars that are not part of usual hashtags in the Nitro. (See rules for hashtags on Facebook etc. EN: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hashtag#Style , GER: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hashtag#Eigenschaften )

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a new post.
2. Use a hashtag with typing of #.
3. Look at the menu.

Expected behavior

Have hashtags after common hashtag rules.
